We made the loop into the National Park from the south end & then turned right towards Zambriski Point.

The paved road to Dante's View was washed out in a big flash flood recently. Morris had seen this popular view of Dante's on the park posters, but never in person. We started making foolish decisions based on driving skill, instead of proper vehicle.

The paved route was blocked after Ryan & there were plenty of big gates. No way around, except the long way in on 30 miles of dirt road from the south.

This is where the fun really begins.
